The order process
Our ordering process is simple. When placing the order by one of the above methods, you will see whether the item is in stock – or whether it is not and needs to be produced. Custom made products cannot be in stock, of course. After you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation from Handoki within 24 hours with details about how long production or dispatch will take.
Next, it's over to you to decide if you agree to the terms that the seller has outlined about how long the process should take.
If you agree, then the item will be produced (if necessary) and carefully dispatched to you.
If you don't agree, or if the item cannot be delivered or arrives damaged, you may be entitled to a refund. Learn more about our refund policy here.
